Sr Product Manager Global Payouts

Requirements

• 3-5 years in Product Management with proven impact in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS ideally in high-scale environments like Stripe, Adyen, Razorpay, Airwallex, or Wise.
• Developer-first orientation fluent in APIs, JSON, error codes, and enterprise integration workflows.
• Analytical sharpness you thrive on data, can spot failure patterns, and design solutions that scale.
• Stakeholder EQ you can influence engineering, ops, compliance, and enterprise clients with equal ease.
• Pedigree that signals drive and rigor an MBA from IIM, ISB, INSEAD, Wharton, Stanford, or similar is a strong plus.
• Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience improving STP or SLA reliability at scale.
• Exposure to compliance-heavy or treasury-linked platforms.
• Prior ownership of developer ecosystems or enterprise integrations.
