Senior Sales Specialist

About the Company UMA Rubber & Plastic Product is a well-established Rubber Manufacturing Company, incorporated in 1991. We supply high-quality rubber components across Automotive, Industrial, Electrical, and OEM sectors. Position Overview The Senior Sales Specialist will lead key sales operations, generate new business opportunities, strengthen existing client relationships, and drive overall revenue growth for the company. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for automotive and industrial clients New market expansion and OEM customer acquisition Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Conduct client visits, price negotiations, and finalize proposals Understand customer requirements and coordinate with Production, QA & Logistics teams Handle RFQs, costing, and prepare quotations Maintain sales forecast, pipeline updates, and competitive analysis (MIS Reporting) Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection Participate in exhibitions, industry events, and client audits Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical/Industrial/Automobile Engineering preferred) or MBA in Marketing Experience: Minimum 5+ years in B2B sales within Rubber / Plastic / Automotive Components industry Excellent client handling, communication & negotiation skills Strong knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools (preferred) Must be willing to travel frequently for client visits Core Competencies Target-driven and high result orientation Strong problem-solving ability Customer relationship management Market research and competitor awareness Effective coordination and reporting capabilities Compensation Competitive salary + Incentives + Travel Allowances (As per industry standards)
