Job Description

Role Overview: Hitachi Energy is seeking a Senior Professional (P3) to join their team at the Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC). As a Senior Professional, you will play a crucial role in administrating, consulting, and negotiating product/service contracts with external customers. Your responsibilities will include developing pre-sales contract strategies, structuring proposals, contracts, and bid documents, and negotiating contracts that align with business objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for engaging in contract amendments and renegotiation to accommodate scope changes and ensuring the fulfillment of contractual obligations from contracting parties. While legal qualifications are not required for this role, applying advanced knowledge of the job area obtained through education and work experience is essential. You will manage projects/processes, work independently with limited supervision, and coach and review the work of lower-level professionals.
