Position Summary:

Senior Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating New Business:

  Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including corporate accounts and large format events.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact from initial inquiry through to contract signing.

• Proposal and Contract Management:

  Develop compelling event proposals and negotiate contracts to meet revenue goals.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with the event planning and creative teams to ensure seamless client handovers and successful event execution.

• Revenue Generation:

  Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a significant portion in event management, hospitality, or a related sector.
• Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the event planning lifecycle.
• A passion for the events industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality client experiences.
