Senior Sales Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to drive sales for our HR IT SaaS products. This is a strategic, individual contributor role for a seasoned professional who can leverage their strong network in the HR domain to create and convert opportunities from day one.

If you are well-connected with HR leaders, have a proven track record of selling HR technology solutions, and can independently manage the end-to-end sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closurethis role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for our HR SaaS products.
• Leverage existing relationships in the HR community to bring in qualified leads and initiate sales conversations immediately.
• Drive the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, demos, negotiation, and closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurately forecast opportunities.
• Stay updated on HR tech trends, competitors, and market shifts to strengthen positioning.
• Represent the company at HR tech events, webinars, and conferences (virtual or in-person as needed).

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales of HR IT / SaaS products.
• Strong network and relationships within the HR and HR Tech ecosystem (CHROs, HR Directors, Talent/Engagement Heads, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to generate and close leads independently.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee engagement, and HR technology.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work remotely and meet aggressive sales goals.
• Immediate joiner preferred.
