Alcor Solutions is looking for a driven and passionate Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cybersecurity solutions.
In this role, you'll be responsible for generating business within an assigned territory, engaging with prospects and clients across various industries to drive awareness, spark interest, and convert leads into successful partnerships.
Proactively generate, qualify, and close leads through outbound calling, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries.
Understand customer challenges in identity, access, compliance, and automation; and map those to the value our solutions provide.
Develop tailored outreach strategies for specific industries and buyer personas, collaborating with marketing and sales leadership.
Maintain a high level of activity to build pipeline and achieve quarterly targets.
Leverage CRM tools to track interactions, update opportunity progress, and generate accurate forecasts.
Partner closely with field sales, presales, and solution consultants to drive end-to-end sales motions.
Stay informed about cloud, IAM, cybersecurity, and governance trends to effectively position our offerings in a competitive landscape.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
4+ years of proven success in inside sales, business development, or lead generation roles, ideally within IT Security or SaaS domains.
Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal, and presentation; with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
A natural relationship-builder who enjoys high-volume outreach and is comfortable speaking to C-level executives.
A strong understanding of the enterprise sales lifecycle and decision-making dynamics.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals consistently.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a solution-selling mindset.
