Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

Excellent communication skills as the role require interacting till CXO level.

An inside sales representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

1.     Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails

2.     Understand customer needs and requirements

3.     Aggressively close sales and achieve quarterly quotas

4.     Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

5.     Maintain and expand your database of prospects 

6.     Follow up with prospects to build pipeline and close deals

7.     Be well versed with the product portfolio and conduct virtual demos if needed

Requirements:

1.     4+ Years of proven sales experience out of which minimum 2 years should be in B2B sales

2.     Track record of achieving/exceeding target sales

3.     Strong phone presence and experience of volume calling per day

4.     Proficient in corporate productivity and web presentation tools

5.     Experience working with CRM

6.     Excellent verbal and written communications skills

7.     Strong listening and presentation skills

8.     Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
