Job Description

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts for both internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Your role will also involve acquiring a comprehensive understanding of key customer needs and requirements, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation. In this position, you will be expected to research market trends, develop and implement strategic account plans, and ensure the timely delivery of products and services to customers. You will also play a crucial role in managing contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with the sales team. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1-5 years of relevant experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build relationships with professionals at all levels of an organization. A degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field such as MBA/BA is preferred. Additionally, a solid understanding of the B2B sales process, particularly with large OEMs & resellers, is required to succeed in this role.,
