Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Officer to join our team in the Personal Loan department. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and revenue. Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve client queries and concerns. Identify and mitigate risks associated with personal loan products. Job Requirements Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong knowledge of personal loan products and services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with customers and providing exceptional customer service.
