As we expand our portfolio, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. Position Overview The Sales Manager will lead, mentor, and grow the sales team while driving revenue and achieving sales targets for Terranox Estates LLP. This role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of real estate markets, and a passion for building client relationships. The ideal candidate is strategic, proactive, and skilled at closing high-value deals. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion across residential and commercial property offerings. Identify emerging market trends and new business opportunities. Team Leadership Manage, train, and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity. Allocate sales targets, monitor progress, and provide ongoing coaching. Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, channel partners, and investors. Oversee site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve client queries promptly. Operational & Reporting Duties Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management. Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and sales collateral. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation procedures. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2+ years of proven sales experience in real estate, including at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Excellent knowledge of local property markets and industry trends. Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a proactive and positive attitude. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
