Key Responsibilities • Identify and connect with potential property buyers, investors, and sellers through various channels. • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain an active sales pipeline. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs. • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business. • Present and promote Terranox Estates’ projects to clients with professionalism and confidence. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to unlock attractive performance-based incentives. Desired Candidates • Graduate or MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred but not mandatory). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven individual with a passion for real estate. • Prior experience in real estate sales, insurance, or financial products will be an advantage.
