Manager / Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales & marketing operations for the Tubes Division across India and global markets
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Lead pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and product positioning initiatives
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
• Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) is essential
• 12 to 15 years of experience in sales & marketing, specifically in the ERW tubes industry
• Strong understanding of both domestic and international market dynamics
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex sales cycles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel for business development and client engagement
