Proven track record of closing high-value transactions independently. Must have handled projects in East Pune . Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred). Lives in East Pune or nearby and is ready to work from the Koregaon Park Annexe office . Self-driven, money-minded , and loves the thrill of a deal.
