Job Opening: Real Estate Sales Closing Manager Location: Koregaon Park Annexe, Pune Company: Abyss Realtech LLP Type: Full-time | 6 Days a Week | Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role: We are on the hunt for a seasoned, sharp, and street-smart Sales Closing Manager who can drive revenue like a beast and doesn't believe in clocking out when there is business to close. If you have been a closings ninja in Pune's real estate market (especially East Pune), we want to talk to you. Key Responsibilities: Take complete ownership of closing residential property sales. Build strong rapport with retail buyers and investors , and convert conversations into transactions. Coordinate and conduct site visits , product presentations , and follow-ups like a pro. Engage customers proactively, inspire confidence , and help them make the buying decision. Work closely with the pre-sales team and CP network to maximize lead conversions . Aggressively chase monthly and quarterly sales targets you are not here for mediocrity. Be the go-to person for East Pune real estate insights especially KP Annexe, Mundhwa, Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Magarpatta, etc. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: 4 to 8 years in residential real estate sales (preferably with a reputed developer or channel partner). Proven track record of closing high-value transactions independently. Must have handled projects in East Pune . Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred). Lives in East Pune or nearby and is ready to work from the Koregaon Park Annexe office . Self-driven, money-minded , and loves the thrill of a deal. Can hustle on weekends and step up when it counts no 9-to-5 mindset .
