Job Description

  • Performance Marketing

    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
    • Manage budgets, track ROI, and deliver cost-effective leads for the internal sales team.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize conversions.

  • Social Media Marketing

    • Handle Abysss official social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
    • Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and video content to boost brand visibility.
    • Build and nurture online communities and respond to engagement promptly.

  • Content Creation & Branding

    • Work with internal and external designers to produce brochures, creatives, and short-form content.
    • Develop copy and visuals that align with brand guidelines and project positioning.
    • Conceptualize marketing collaterals for launches, CP engagement, and investor outreach.

  • Lead Generation & Funnel Management

    • Generate qualified leads for the sales team through digital channels.
    • Collaborate with sales to understand target audience profiles and refine targeting strategies.
    • Track and report weekly/monthly lead performance metrics.


  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards to track KPIs.
    • Prepare management reports on digital performance, lead flow, and social media growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 34 years of proven experience

    in digital marketing, preferably in real estate, BFSI, or consumer-facing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of

    performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads), SEO, and social media marketing, knowledge of AI applications.

  • Creative mindset with experience in

    content creation (posts, short videos, reels, blogs).

  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
