Job Description: Site Head Real Estate (East Pune /
West Pune) Location: East Pune & West Pune (2 positions) Department: Sales & Business Development Reporting to: Founders / Senior Leadership About the Role We are seeking dynamic and result-driven Site Heads for our real estate business in Pune. The ideal candidate is a proven leader in real estate sales, with deep knowledge of Punes East or West markets. This individual will take full ownership of site operations, sales velocity, and revenue generation. You will work directly with the founders and industry leaders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role is designed for a self-starter who thrives without supervision, knows how to build high-performing teams, and can deliver results from day one. Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end responsibility for project sales, ensuring sales velocity and revenue targets are consistently met. - Drive P&L responsibility at the project level with a sharp focus on profitability. - Recruit, train, and manage a high-energy sales team on-site. - Foster a performance-driven culture with clear goals, KPIs, and accountability. - Build strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs) and expand the CP network for sustained lead flow. - Ensure effective CP onboarding, engagement, and motivation programs. - Position the project effectively in the local micro-market. - Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and brokers. - Represent the company at site visits, investor meetings, and industry networking events. - Act as the single point of accountability for the assigned project. - Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, operations, and customer experience teams. - Deliver a WOW experience to buyers and partners by setting high operational standards. Desired Candidate Profile

- 812 years of real estate sales experience in Pune (East or West market expertise is
mandatory). - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Strong network of Channel Partners, brokers, and investors in the Pune market. - Ability to build, manage, and inspire a sales team. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in a high-growth environment. - Passion for sales, customer engagement, and creating long-term business relationships.
