About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager - Real Estate Sales to lead and

mentor our high-performing sales team in Noida. This leadership role is crucial for driving

the overall sales strategy, ensuring target achievement, and maintaining high standards of

customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales

leadership, team management, and strategic market planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve project-specific and

overall company revenue targets.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt

sales strategies proactively.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular, accurate sales

forecasting and reporting to the management.

  • Team Leadership & Management:
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives and Tele

Callers to maximize their performance and potential.

  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide

constructive feedback and coaching.

  • Foster a high-performance, positive, and collaborative team culture.
  • Sales Operations:
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to

negotiation and final closure

  • Ensure strict adherence to all sales processes, documentation protocols, and

compliance requirements.

  • Drive adoption and efficiency in the use of the companys CRM system for

accurate pipeline management.

  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
  • Handle high-value deals and resolve complex customer issues and

escalations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, investors,

and high-net-worth clients.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure

seamless sales operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 4 to 7 years of progressive experience in real estate sales, with at least 2

years in a managerial or team lead capacity .

  • Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in the Noida/NCR

region, including project legalities and RERA regulations.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to

consistently achieve targets.

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic planning skills to develop effective

sales roadmaps.

  • Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in English and Hindi.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Suite (especially Excel for analysis).
  • • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related
  • field. An MBA is a plus.
