The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team's performance, drive revenue growth, and foster client relationships in the luxury real estate segment. This leadership role involves strategizing sales initiatives, mentoring team members, and ensuring seamless execution of the sales process to achieve organizational targets. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of the luxury real estate market, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales consultants to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives and ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
  • Oversee property tours and client presentations, ensuring a premium experience.
  • Negotiate high-value deals, ensuring favourable outcomes for both clients and the organization.
  • Manage post-sale processes, including documentation and coordination with legal and finance teams.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and product launches.

Requirements

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market and client expectations.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Experience

  • 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in luxury real estate or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and managing high-value transactions.
