Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager

As a member of the Direct Sales team at our organization, you will be instrumental in developing innovative sales strategies that prioritize consumer satisfaction and revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will involve interacting with leads through various channels, qualifying leads, closing opportunities, preparing quotes, and finalizing deals. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions to clients, ensuring quality services and timely deliverables. You will also be responsible for fostering relationships with existing customers and meeting sales quotas for assigned product lines. Reporting to the VP Sales, you will work both independently and as part of a team to achieve individual and team targets. Your role will involve collaborating with the Marketing team in the designated market and building strong relationships with key personnel in client accounts. Furthermore, you will provide guidance and support to team members and sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a 4-year engineering college degree along with an MBA or equivalent certification from an accredited institution. With a minimum of 6 years of experience in IT product/enterprise sales, you should have a proven track record of success in business-to-business sales within large/strategic customer segments. Experience working with clients in various regions such as the US, UK, Europe, and Canada will be beneficial.
