Associate Vice President, Sales

As a member of the Direct Sales team at OpsHub, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success by identifying and seizing business opportunities from inbound sources. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer challenges and buying requirements to ensure successful lead conversions and sales closing. Here are your key responsibilities: - Identify and pursue the right business opportunities from inbound sources. - Achieve or exceed monthly metrics for lead conversions, sales closing, revenue generation, and prospect connections. - Engage with leads through emails and direct conversations, close on qualified opportunities, prepare quotes, and secure deals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivering optimal solutions to won opportunities. - Work with clients from various locations including the US, UK, Europe, Canada, and other countries. - Meet targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines. - Act as an individual contributor to support the Sales team in meeting targets. - Collaborate with the Marketing team in the assigned market and product specialty. - Build professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. - Provide coaching and mentorship to team members and sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills. Qualifications required for this role include: - University degree in English/B.Tech./M.Tech. - Excellent written skills in English. - 2+ years of experience in content writing and development in the IT industry. - Willingness to work in Ahmedabad. - Strong time management skills and proficiency with computers and writing programs. - Awareness of differences between British and American English. - Comfort with researching and writing on technical topics. - Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development.
