Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to drive sales, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful closure of real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to final deal closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients. Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct lead calls and follow up with clients to nurture relationships and drive sales opportunities. Schedule and coordinate site visits to showcase properties and engage with potential buyers. Attend site visits to interact with clients, address inquiries, and provide tailored property solutions. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Facilitate deal closure by managing all necessary documentation and finalizing agreements. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and market trends in the CRM system. Achieve established sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and enhance client experiences. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in a real estate consulting firm. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Presentation Skills: Well-groomed and professional with strong interpersonal skills. Age: Below 45 years . Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently. Travel Readiness: Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings. Must own at least a 2-wheeler (4-wheeler is a plus).
