Job Summary:

Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct lead calls and follow up with clients to nurture relationships and drive sales opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits to showcase properties and engage with potential buyers.
  • Attend site visits to interact with clients, address inquiries, and provide tailored property solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Facilitate deal closure by managing all necessary documentation and finalizing agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and market trends in the CRM system.
  • Achieve established sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and enhance client experiences.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    Minimum

    2-3 years

    of experience in real estate sales, preferably in a real estate consulting firm.

  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

  • Presentation Skills:

    Well-groomed and professional with strong interpersonal skills.

  • Age:

    Below

    45 years

    .

  • Proactive Attitude:

    Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Travel Readiness:

    Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings. Must own at least a

    2-wheeler

    (4-wheeler is a plus).
