Job Description

Location:

Role & Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Handle walk-in clients, site visits, and ensure high-quality customer engagement.
Drive sales for residential projects in
Central Mumbai
.
Monitor team performance, daily calls, follow-ups, and closures.
Train, mentor, and guide sales executives to improve conversions.
Coordinate with Channel Partners, developers, and internal teams.
Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with management.
Ensure compliance with company sales processes and CRM usage.

Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum
3–6 years of experience
in real estate sales, preferably in residential projects.
Proven experience in handling and closing deals in
Central Mumbai
locations.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-driven approach.
Ability to manage team pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
