Job Description

The Closing Manager will be a key player in the final stage of the sales funnel, responsible for managing client visits, conducting personalized project walkthroughs, and closing high-value real estate deals. This role requires in-depth project knowledge, exceptional presentation skills, and strong persuasive abilities to convert site visits into successful bookings. The ideal candidate is confident, client-focused, and experienced in face-to-face selling and final negotiations. Responsibilities Greet and host prospective clients visiting the project site, ensuring a professional and premium experience. Conduct detailed walkthroughs of the project, including common areas, amenities, and sample flats. Present the value proposition of the property in a compelling and personalized manner based on the client's requirements. Handle client queries, clarify doubts about pricing, payment schedules, specifications, or legalities. Address objections with clarity and confidence, assisting the client in their decision-making journey. Collaborate with the Sales Manager and CRM team to ensure seamless client coordination during and after the site visit. Negotiate terms with clients tactfully, maintaining win-win outcomes and pushing toward closure. Maintain detailed records of client feedback and visit outcomes in the CRM system. Follow up post-visit to push for closure and document final decisions. Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, documentation) to ensure smooth closure once the deal is finalized. Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and client presentation skills. Strong ability to read client body language and guide conversations accordingly. Skilled in handling objections and closing deals with confidence. Good understanding of luxury real estate and project features. Basic knowledge of legal and financial procedures involved in real estate transactions. Proficiency in CRM and lead tracking systems. Experience 3-6 years of experience in direct sales or client handling, preferably in luxury real estate or hospitality. Experience in conducting property walkthroughs and final negotiations. Attributes Presentable, confident, and people-oriented. Target-driven with a solution-oriented mindset. Polished personality with attention to detail and client satisfaction.
