Job Description

Experience - 5-10 yrs.
Education - B.Tech must + MBA (Tier I & II College)

Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients.
2. Understand client needs and ensure those needs are met effectively.
3. Provide regular reports and insights on account performance and client satisfaction.
4. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
5. Handle and resolve any client issues or disputes promptly and professionally.
6. Increase customer engagement through consistent communication and proactive support.
7. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell OmniCard products to existing customers.
8. Monitor customer engagement metrics regularly and take appropriate action to address any gaps or declines in engagement.
9. Maintain a deep understanding of OmniCards offerings to effectively align solutions with client needs.
10. Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to account management.
11. Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve product offerings and customer experience.
12. Support contract renewals and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize retention.
13. Handling the team of key account managers
