Key Responsibilities AWS Infrastructure Ownership Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and cost-optimized AWS infra (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect/VPN, Security Groups, IAM). Ensure compliance with RBI, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001 guidelines. Manage networking, monitoring, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity. DevOps / Automation Implement CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/GitLab). Infra as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation). Container orchestration (EKS/ECS/Kubernetes). Security & Compliance Cloud security posture management (GuardDuty, WAF, Security Hub, Inspector). Ensure regular audits, patching, and monitoring. Manage identity/access governance in AWS (IAM roles, least privilege). Team Leadership Lead a team of DevOps, Cloud, IT engineers. Define best practices, run sprint reviews, ensure uptime SLAs. Mentor juniors and build a strong AWS/DevOps capability. Cost Management Monitor AWS billing, optimize usage (RI/Savings Plans, rightsizing). Report monthly infra costs to management. Incident & Support Lead critical incident response (infra outage, security event). 24x7 uptime responsibility with on-call rotation. Eligibility Criteria 8 12 years overall IT/Infra/DevOps experience. C AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional & AWS Certified Security Specialty certifications preferred. Expert in AWS core services, networking, and security. Strong experience in Linux, Docker, Kubernetes. Experience with MySQL RDS, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, SQS/SNS, API Gateway, Lambda. Hands-on with Terraform/CloudFormation, Ansible. Knowledge of monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK). Leadership experience managing an infra/DevOps team. Familiarity with financial services compliance (RBI/PCI-DSS) is a big plus. Experience with PrivateLink, Transit Gateway, knowledge of Zero Trust, SOC 2, ISO 27001 audits, and exposure to multi-cloud (Azure/GCP), though not mandatory, would be an added advantage.
