Job Summary: The Receptionist cum Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and stakeholders. The role involves handling front desk operations, managing calls, welcoming guests, and ensuring smooth communication within the organisation while maintaining a professional and friendly environment. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Visitor Management Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain a visitor log and issue visitor passes where required. Inform concerned staff members about the arrival of guests. Telecommunication Handling Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently. Handle customer queries and redirect calls to appropriate departments. Take and relay accurate messages when staff are unavailable. Administrative Support Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, letters, etc.). Coordinate with courier services and track deliveries. Maintain and update front desk records and files. Assist HR/Admin in scheduling interviews, meetings, and events. Office Coordination Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area. Manage inventory of front office supplies and place orders when necessary. Coordinate with housekeeping staff for office upkeep. Other Duties Provide basic information to visitors about the company’s services. Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing. Ensure adherence to company policies and code of conduct. Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Good telephone etiquette and a pleasant personality. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Qualification & Experience: Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in front office/receptionist roles (experience in real estate preferred).
