Head – Digital Marketing (META & PPC Specialist)

• Salary: ₹55,000 – ₹65,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head – Digital Marketing to lead our online growth strategies. The ideal candidate will be a specialist in META Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Display, etc.), with a strong track record of delivering ROI-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute META Ads & PPC campaigns to drive leads and conversions.
• Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, keyword research & audience targeting.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure ROI optimization.
• Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, SEMRush, and other tools.
• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for seamless campaign execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in META & PPC Ads.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and online media buying.
• Experience with CRM & marketing automation tools.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• MBA/PG in Marketing preferred.
