Digital Marketing Head
As the Marketing Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will lead a talented marketing team and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, including brand positioning, target audience segmentation, and marketing campaigns, to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion. Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management. Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing activities with sales goals, product launches, and customer needs. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and customer preferences, and use the insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across different marketing channels and activities. Oversee the creation and production of marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and social media content. Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising (SEM/PPC), email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to drive website traffic, lead generation, and customer engagement. Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Cultivate and maintain relationships with strategic partners, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and explore partnership opportunities. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing automation to ensure CTPL remains at the forefront of innovation. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus. Proven experience (minimum 5-7 years) in a marketing leadership role In-depth knowledge and understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing plans to achieve business objectives. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics and translate them into actionable insights and strategies. Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating a marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, SEM/PPC, email marketing, social media, content marketing, marketing automation, and analytics platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving measurable marketing goals. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs. A passion for technology, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
