The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, a passion for teaching, and a demonstrated commitment to research and development in the domain of Computer Science & Engineering. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality teaching in undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Computer Science & Engineering. Develop and update course materials, curriculum, and innovative teaching methods. Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships, and research activities. Engage in active research and contribute to publications in reputed journals and conferences. Collaborate with colleagues on departmental and institutional initiatives. Participate in academic advising, student counseling, and career guidance. Contribute to accreditation and quality assurance processes. Take part in seminars, workshops, faculty development programs, and other institutional events. Qualification & Experience: Assistant Professor: B.Tech. + M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering or a closely related discipline from a recognized university. First-class academic record throughout. Preference will be given to candidates pursuing or holding a Ph.D. from reputed institutions. Prior teaching experience and publications in indexed journals will be an added advantage. Associate Professor: Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience. A strong portfolio of published research in SCI / Scopus indexed journals. Proven experience in academic leadership, curriculum development, and research supervision. Experience in handling funded research projects or academic administrative responsibilities is desirable. Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
