Position Overview:

Head of Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the

  digital marketing team

  and oversee all digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
• Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans aligned with the institutions goals for

  brand awareness, lead generation, and student enrollment.

• Manage and optimize digital advertising budgets across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Oversee website content, performance, and user experience to ensure consistent branding and engagement.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the admissions, creative, and academic teams to ensure alignment in messaging and campaign goals.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure MPGI remains ahead in the education sectors digital landscape.
• Mentor and guide the digital marketing team to achieve departmental goals efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education:

  Masters degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:

• Minimum

  10-15 years

  of overall experience in digital marketing.
• At least

  4-5 years of proven experience heading and managing a digital marketing team.

• Skills Required:

• Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, content strategy, and web analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Experience in the education sector or service industry will be an added advantage.
