Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Head - Digital Marketing, based in Lucknow. The Head - Digital Marketing will lead and oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies across various channels, ensuring effective project management and team collaboration. Key responsibilities include driving digital transformation initiatives, managing web analytics to optimize performance, analyzing data-driven insights, and providing strategic direction to achieve business goals. The role will require close coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to foster innovation and results-driven outcomes.

• Profit Center Management: Full accountability for the Lucknow branch’s P&L. You will manage revenue targets, overheads, and profit margins.
• Operational Excellence: Build and optimize internal workflows to ensure the Lucknow office operates with the same speed and quality as our Mumbai and Delhi hubs.
• Resource Allocation: Manage the hiring roadmap and tech-stack investments for the local office.

• High-Stakes Client Management: Act as the strategic lead for key accounts, moving beyond "execution" to become a trusted business advisor to Founders and CXOs.
• Account Mining: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Epigroww’s full suite of services (Influencer Marketing, E-commerce strategy, Production).
• Pitch Leadership: Lead the strategy for new business pitches, converting high-value prospects into long-term partners.

• Strategic Auditing: Oversee all SEO, SEM, Paid Social, and Content campaigns. You must be able to "look under the hood" of a campaign and identify why a CPA is high or a ROAS is dipping.
• Data Integrity: Ensure that reporting across all Lucknow clients is transparent, accurate, and tied to their actual business bottom line (Revenue/Sales), not just "vanity metrics."

• Talent Acquisition: Identify and hire the best digital talent in the region.
• Culture Carrier: Infuse the Epigroww culture of "Innovation over Bureaucracy" into the Lucknow team.
• Mentorship: Conduct regular "Alpha Sessions" to upskill the team on emerging trends like AI in marketing and advanced attribution.

• Agency Veteran: 8–12 years of experience strictly within Digital/Advertising Agencies. You must understand the "agency rhythm"—the pressure of deadlines, client demands, and multi-tasking.
• Proven P&L Experience: Must have managed a team budget or a business unit’s revenue targets previously.
• Lucknow Context: While they should have "Metro experience" (Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore), they must have a strong desire to build a powerhouse team in Lucknow.
• Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify ecosystems, and CRM tools.
