Job Purpose To facilitate efficient administrative and clerical support on the ward; ensuring smooth flow of patient admissions, discharge, transfers, and documentation — thereby enabling medical and nursing staff to focus on care delivery. 2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Patient Admissions, Transfers & Discharge Greet and register incoming patients. Complete admission formalities: collect necessary documents (ID, address, patient history, consent forms). Update patient database / hospital information system accurately.
