Salary Package: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying websites and web applications from layout to function according to project specifications. You should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, with a strong focus on user experience, performance, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive websites and web applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Work with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional web pages.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and accessibility.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple browsers and devices.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Stay current with emerging web technologies and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, marketers, and project managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular).
• Familiarity with back-end technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
• Understanding of database management (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development processes.
• Experience with deployment and hosting environments (AWS, Netlify, Vercel).
• Knowledge of web security best practices.
