Job Title: Sr. Telecaller Executive – Real Estate
Salary Package: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance) + Attractive Incentives up to ₹15,000 per month
Experience Required: 1 to 2 years in Real Estate Telecalling, Pre-Sales, or Customer Support
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executive (Female) to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate high-quality leads, and schedule site visits for prospective clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and proven experience in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
• Clearly explain property features, benefits, and special offers to clients.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain and regularly update the customer database with accurate information.
• Follow up with clients to ensure lead conversion and high satisfaction.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales and lead generation targets to maximise incentive earnings.

Key Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing abilities.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive in lead generation.
