Autojagat is looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls related to automobile listings, dealer inquiries, and customer support. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers, dealers, and leads provided by the company
Attend inbound calls and handle customer queries professionally
Explain Autojagat’s services, packages, and benefits clearly
Generate leads and follow up regularly
Maintain call records and update data in CRM
Coordinate with sales and operations team for closures
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Required Skills

Good communication skills (Hindi required, English basic)
Convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to handle customer objections
Basic computer knowledge
Comfortable with calling targets

Preferred Candidate Profile

Fresher or 6 months–2 years experience in telecalling / sales
Experience in automobile, classified, or digital platform preferred
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

(Office Time- 9 AM – 6 PM)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
