Job Title: Telecaller – Healthcare Department: Operations / Care Coordination Location: Gota, Ahmedabad Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and well-spoken telecaller for our healthcare company to interact with patients and caregivers over the phone. The role involves appointment coordination, patient follow-ups, service explanation, and maintaining accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality and service quality. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to patients/leads for appointment scheduling and follow-ups Handle inbound calls from patients and caregivers professionally Explain healthcare services, care plans, and processes clearly in English & Hindi Coordinate appointments with doctors, nurses, and care teams Follow up on patient feedback, reports, and service delivery Maintain accurate patient data in CRM/HMIS systems Ensure confidentiality of patient information (HIPAA-like compliance principles) Escalate medical or service-related concerns to the appropriate team Meet daily calling and follow-up targets Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred Fluency in English & Hindi (mandatory) Polite, empathetic, and patient-centric communication Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, healthcare software) Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism Prior experience in healthcare/hospital/clinic telecalling is an advantage Freshers with good communication skills can apply Work Experience 0–2 years in telecalling, patient support, healthcare coordination, or customer service (preferred) Key Competencies Empathy and active listening Time management Ability to work under pressure Ethical handling of confidential information Working Conditions Work from office—Gota, Ahmedabad Day shift (healthcare operational timings 10am to 7 pm) 6 days working (as per company policy) Salary & Benefits Fixed salary PF / ESI as per statutory norms Paid leaves and holidays as per company policy Training on healthcare processes and communication Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work from home Work Location: In person
