Senior Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone to generate sales, gather information, provide support, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Introduce products or services, explain their features, and answer queries.
• Generate leads and set up meetings or direct sales as required.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints respectfully and professionally.
• Update CRM software with accurate customer and call information.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop scripts and strategies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to learn about products and services quickly and explain them to customers.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and stress in a professional manner.
• Good computer skills, especially with CRM software and MS Office.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., insurance, real estate, education] is an advantage.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Pay: ₹8,451.77 - ₹24,240.39 per month
