Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone to generate sales, gather information, provide support, and maintain customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Introduce products or services, explain their features, and answer queries. Generate leads and set up meetings or direct sales as required. Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. Handle customer complaints respectfully and professionally. Update CRM software with accurate customer and call information. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop scripts and strategies.
