• Role Overview

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with 1–2 years of experience to help elevate our digital presence. As part of our marketing and design team, you’ll play a key role in crafting visually compelling and user-friendly websites that reflect our brand and connect with our clients.

• Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain responsive websites and landing pages for property listings and campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to translate business goals into engaging web experiences
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
• Optimize website performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
• Regularly update content and visuals to reflect new projects and promotions
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices

• Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in web design
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous web design work
• Good communication and time management skills

• Preferred (Not Mandatory)
• Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms
• Basic knowledge of real estate marketing or property tech
• UI/UX design experience
