As a Graphic and Web Designer at Total Shift Left, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence and visual brand assets. Your responsibilities will include: - Graphic Design - Design engaging creatives for web, social media, blogs, marketing, and presentations. - Maintain brand consistency across digital assets. - Create visual content for campaigns, events, and announcements. - Website Design & Maintenance - Manage and maintain company websites built using PHP and CMS platforms (WordPress, Joomla, or similar). - Design landing pages, update content, and implement UI/UX enhancements. - Troubleshoot and resolve layout, functionality, or performance issues. - CMS Management - Update website content regularly (blogs, service pages, case studies, etc.). - Implement plug-ins, manage themes/templates, and handle basic hosting and backups. - SEO & SCO (Search and Content Optimization) - Optimize website for search engines (on-page and off-page SEO). - Work with content writers to ensure content is SEO-friendly and performance-driven. - Monitor keyword rankings, analytics, and implement strategies to boost visibility. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma, Illustrator, Image Ready, etc.). - Hands-on experience with PHP and popular CMS platforms (especially WordPress). - Strong understanding of SEO/SCO best practices. - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.). - A good eye for aesthetics and detail. - Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple tasks.
