About the Role:

Telecalling Executive

Note

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain real estate project offerings.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and referrals.
  • Maintain and update customer databases using CRM tools.
  • Schedule and confirm site visits for potential buyers.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all client interactions.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Pleasant voice, confident telephone etiquette, and ability to handle objections.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a positive attitude.
