Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
Handle inbound customer inquiries related to perfumes and fragrance products
Explain product details such as fragrance notes, usage, pricing, and offers
Assist customers with order placement, order status, and basic after-sales support
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and follow-ups
Resolve customer complaints politely and escalate issues when required
Follow up with customers for repeat orders and feedback
Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum
1-3 years of telecalling or customer service experience
Excellent communication skills in
English and Hindi
(regional language is a plus)
Pleasant voice, polite attitude, and customer-oriented approach
Ability to understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fragrances
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, call logs)
