Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Understand customers needs and suggest appropriate jewellery pieces.
Provide in-depth information on product features, materials, pricing, and care instructions.
Maintain strong knowledge of the latest jewellery trends and collections.
Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
Handle billing, invoicing, and ensure accurate cash/card transactions.
Manage client relationships through follow-ups, calls, and personalised service.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Attend product training sessions and actively participate in team meetings

Preferred candidate profile

Proven experience in luxury retail or jewellery sales (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for jewellery and customer service.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Fluency in English and local language; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, Excel, etc.).
