Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure excellent service for our perfume brand. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and interest in fragrances.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and complaints.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams for smooth order processing.
Share customer feedback with the team to improve products and service.

Requirements:

Graduate or equivalent qualification.
2 years of customer service experience (perfume, cosmetics, or retail preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
