Core Responsibilities Outbound Calling: Proactively call customers who have generated price quotes on our website or social media channels. Price Negotiation: Confidently handle "low-price" objections by explaining our professional QC process and the convenience of doorstep service. Consistent Follow-up: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule with interested customers who haven't yet committed to a pickup. Scheduling Pickups: Coordinate with the logistics and field team to schedule doorstep device evaluations and pickups at the customer's convenience.
