We are seeking a reliable and punctual Pickup Executive to collect mobile phones and laptops from customers and ensure their safe delivery to our Mumbai office. Responsibilities: Device Pickup: Travel to customer locations to pick up mobile phones and smart devices. Check the devices against the provided order information. Perform checks to ensure the mobiles and smart device are in the described condition. Handle the devices with care to prevent damage during transit. Packaging and Courier: Properly package the collected devices for safe transportation. Dispatch the devices through our designated courier service to our Mumbai office. Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional and humble when interacting with customers. Provide updates on pickup schedules and answer basic inquiries. Requirements: Valid Driver's License and Two-Wheeler: Preferred for efficient travel to pickup locations.
