Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata for a Pre Sales Executive. The Pre Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, identifying potential clients, and initiating contact. Day-to-day tasks also include presenting and demonstrating property features to prospective clients, addressing client inquiries, preparing pre-sales reports, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding. The role demands excellent communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients professionally and effectively
  • Present property features, benefits, and current offers with clarity and enthusiasm
  • Coordinate and schedule site visits in collaboration with the sales team
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information
  • Follow up with leads to support conversion and nurture client relationships
  • Meet monthly targets for lead generation and contribute to overall team goals

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Prior experience in real estate sales support, telecalling, or customer service is essential
