Job Summary: The Head Admissions is responsible for overseeing the admissions team and ensuring achievement of admission targets. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and manage the Admission Counselors to meet defined objectives and enrollment targets. Monitor performance, provide guidance, and ensure team productivity. Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions for the team on admissions activities, school policies, and processes. Identify potential preschools within a 010 km radius and onboard them under the Preschool Partnership Engagement Program (PPEP). Parent & Partner Engagement: Event Management: Ensure all planned school activities are well-coordinated to maximize visibility and drive footfall. Digital & Social Media Management: Manage and monitor the schools Google My Business (GMBO) and Facebook pages. Respond to reviews and ensure consistent online engagement. Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis by visiting and tracking nearby schools. Monitor new school openings and analyze their admissions strategies. MIS & Reporting: Marketing Aesthetics: Ensure all promotional materials and marketing visuals adhere to the schools guidelines. Lead Generation Activities: Participate in education fairs, expos, and residential society events. Collaborate with school teams for in-house events to enhance parent engagement. Key Skills & Competencies: Bachelors degree in Management, Marketing, Education, or related field. Post-graduate degree/diploma in Education Management or Marketing is a plus. Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years of experience in admissions, marketing, or education management. Prior experience in team leadership or supervisory roles is preferred.
