Job Description

Timely delivery of all volumes of curriculum across different boardsSetting volume wise deadlines for curriculum readiness (including lesson plans and assessments) for all grades and subjects of middle school
Digital practice content to be a part of overall curriculum delivery
Quality of curriculum The content should be engaging for students
Content and assessments to be created using inter disciplinary approach and should encourage personalized learning Flow/ continuity of content to be maintained from one grade to the next for it to be developmentally appropriate
Correctness of language, grammar and spelling to be ensured
Productivity tracking Setting productivity targetsfor all team members
Regular monitoring and tracking of team progress on a daily/ weekly basis
Regular feedback to be offered with respect to quality of the work submitted to better the curriculum output MCQs to be designed for all volumes and gradesEnsure accuracy of content and quality standards as defined are met
Team Management and Training Conducting monthly sessions for the team to equip them for new initiatives and assist them in their current job roleProviding guidance and support to team members in achieving deliverables
