Pre-Sales Executive

• Handle incoming inquiries from calls, website, and social media
• Qualify leads and understand customer requirements
• Coordinate with sales, design, and site teams for proposals & estimates
• Schedule site visits and follow up with potential clients
• Maintain CRM data and track lead status
• Assist in preparing presentations, quotations, and basic project details
• Ensure timely follow-ups to improve conversion rates

• Bachelor’s degree (B.tech in Civil)
• Experience in construction or real estate pre-sales preferred
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Basic knowledge of construction services / real estate processes
• Familiar with CRM tools, Excel, and email communication
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
